DESCRIPTION
Wiggle Box is an iPad companion app created to extend the Wiggle Room experience into a personal, touch-first interaction. The focus was on playful touch input and responsive visual feedback in a mobile context.
ROLE
Sole Unity Developer. I translated design proofs into a working iOS build, implementing touch interaction and feedback loops while setting up a reliable internal build-and-test workflow using Unity Cloud Build and TestFlight.
KEY CONTRIBUTIONS
- Implemented touch interaction behaviour and responsive on-screen feedback in Unity (C#).
- Built UI interaction logic with lightweight animation/feedback to keep interactions clear and satisfying.
- Set up automated iOS builds via Unity Cloud Build and distributed builds through TestFlight for internal review.
CHALLENGES
Mobile interaction needs to feel immediate and consistent. The main challenge was balancing rapid iteration with stable performance on iPad hardware, keeping behaviour predictable while refining touch responsiveness and feedback.
TECHNICAL
- Unity (C#): touch input handling, UI interaction logic, lightweight feedback/animation.
- iOS workflow: Unity Cloud Build for automated builds; TestFlight for internal distribution and feedback.
